By using this website or engaging Metautomatic services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, discontinue use immediately.
2. Services
Metautomatic provides AI agent development, answer engine optimization, MCP server builds, business automation, and AI strategy consulting. Scope, deliverables, and payment terms for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Order Form.
3. Intellectual property
All website content is © 2026 Metautomatic. Custom deliverables built for clients under a paid engagement transfer to the client upon full payment, unless stated otherwise in the Statement of Work. Lab experiments, frameworks, and tooling remain owned by Metautomatic.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metautomatic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
